I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday. I hope that 2012 will be a great year for everyone!
I'd like to thank the hundreds of people who took the time to listen to a couple of songs we posted on Facebook earlier this year, and for all the encouraging words on my upcoming album. We are hard at work in the studio, and the songs are slowly taking shape. I have been waiting a very long time for this opportunity, so I'll make sure I give it my best.
See you all in 2012 ;)

Tom Anderson Pickup Switching

While working in the studio for the last couple of days, I noticed the output level of the Tom Anderson pickups set to parallel was much lower than when set to split. Trying to record parts where I switched from humbucker mode to single-coil mode was almost impossible to do in one take, because the level dropped too much going to single-coils. I didn't notice this as a problem before. Found some info at the Tom Anderson Guitarworks website.
Definitely going to run them in split from now on.
